Our ZOSI DVRs/NVRs are installed with Toshiba's internal surveillance hard drives, you can follow up the guide below to check the warranty of the hard drive.
Step 1: Remove the rear cover of the DVRs/NVRs
Step 2: Check the T-S/N (Toshiba Serial Number)
Please use the T-S/N on your drive label as shown in the sample label below.
Note: Must use T-S/N serial number for 3.5" desktop drives.
Serial Number: Some of our drives have the T-S/N (Toshiba Serial Number) printed on the label. Each T-S/N (Toshiba Serial Number) is unique. This number allows our customers to verify if the product is genuine, it provides the ability to check warranty or to get more information about the drive.
