If you have no idea about the model information of your product, you can refer to the following methods to find it.
- Find the model information in Zosi App/Client（The version ,model and uid can be checked）

1. Find the model on Zosi App/Client.
On Zosi App: Go to Device setting ->Device Info -> Model.
2. Find the model information on the System monitor.
For DVRs and NVRS: Go to Main Menu -> Information -> System.
3. Refer to the model number label on the product.
