Cause 1: Camera with audio alarm or siren can make a loud prolonged sound and light as a signal or warning when camera detects motion alarms
Solution: Check whether the camera supports sound and light alarm function in product details or contact the support team to provide the camera model. (C190, C182 and C225 support sound & light alarm , C105 support light alarm, C161 and C210 do not support sound and light alarm)
Cause 2: The camera supports the audible and visual alarm function, but it does not work.
Solution: The device does not enable the audible and visual alarm function by default. If the audible and visual alarm function is selected in the alarm setting set by the system, the audible and visual alarm will be triggered when the moving object or humanoid is detected.
- Click the right mouse button, click the main menu, enter the main menu -Set up- Alarm - Siren-light Alarm
